The RetireFlo Story
Like most start ups, RetireFlo was invented to solve a problem. Dalton, helping out at his Dad's agency (Seniority Benefit Group) noticed that pressure boiled amongst agents during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. Specifically the tension surmounted with Seniority's most tenured employee Debbie Stamnes who grew frustrated trying to serve thousands of beneficiaries with their prescription lists and Scope of Appointment management. Debbie isn't the type to cut corners and there had to be a better way.
Dalton pleaded with his Dad and the team to take a risk and invest in a better way to manage this tedious process. After finding some fellow Ohio State Buckeyes with a background in web development, Dalton, Brad Browning, and Richard Giang set out to build a better system for Debbie and her team.
After months of work and pressure testing, the first iteration of RetireFlo was born. Dalton then worked hand in hand with Ashley Ellison and Patrick Wiley of Seniority to deliver this new one of a kind survey to their thousands of beneficiaries eager to review their plan during the fall season. Seniority Benefit Group had an explosive new sales AEP that year. Why? Because agents weren't bogged down listening to their clients spell, "Lev-oh-thy-rox-ine". They rolled into every meeting prepared, compliant, and well researched.

Shocked by unprecedented numbers, Seniority's local FMO stopped by to ask, "What the heck happened at Seniority?". Paul McMillen of Cornerstone Senior Marketing, being a fierce advocate for Agents everywhere, asked Dalton to share this technology with other brokers, and the rest was history.

Today RetireFlo serves thousands of Agents across the country with compliant and secure surveys to streamline agencies in-take process, and Debbie gets to go home a little earlier during AEP!
